Personality:

Welt is a kind man at heart who puts forth those he values as well as the well-being of humanity first. He is something of an idealist, and is often prone to sacrificing himself in favor of saving others to the frustration of Einstein and Tesla. Though he is often calm and mature, and able to compartmentalize incredibly well: This should not be mistaken as him being a doormat. Should those he loves and holds dear be threatened or in any sort of danger, he becomes quite terrifying.

Due to that fact, however–He also tends to bottle up his rage and allows it to fester, resulting in moments such as when he spoke with Otto in private and threw the man’s glass across the room with his powers.
